Good informative video..Thank you for posting..I mastered my songs for you tube -11 lufs and true peak - 1 db by using Ozone.. Suppose if I mastered to - 9 or -10 lufs for youtube....dynamic quality of the song will be affected or not.. I felt if I mastered the song to -9 or - 10 lufs.. please give ur suggestions 🎉

“Pro tip”😂, sometimes I stand beside the drums while tracking, wearing 3 bath robes, and I pinch the large crash & ride, when the drummer isn’t playing them. You actually have to pinch them quite hard to get them to stop ringing. But it works to clean up the sound. And the 3 robes also kill a reflections from the closest wall. This works.

Is the 5K, 10k & 20k cut on the EQP-1A a bell, shelf or filter? Also, it is not affected by the bandwidth, correct? Only the bell boost is affected by the bandwidth I think?

Musicians are usually the worst business people. Lol. Good advice man. When they come in with worn strings or without an actual instrument etc or getting high the whole time it's a red flag right away. This is how most bands are. Why 1% make a living doing it. Why even less do very well.

I gotta get that SVT plugin. Probably the number one amp for bass.

This is just great. I've tried a few software that could do that but none I found were anywhere near this one and even though it doesn't eliminate background vocal it does a wonderful job otherwise. Thanks so much for this😀

I have a 24x18 Pearl Reference kick, which is picky about heads, and the EQ3 Frosted is working nicely (as does my Emad). The frosted EQ3 is nice as it balances a natural sounding attack with great body. Definitely worth checking out as I think it will be in line with your present sound, but will give it a bit more openness.

By the way, Logic stock plugin named AU Sound Isolation (found in the Audio Units plugin folder- Apple) also works very well for noise isolation and deverb 😊

Can I ask if you have a prosthetic eye? I do, I've been missing my left eye since I was around 3 years old. Yes, there's a reason Odin is my pfp.
